Delivery terms

Rpm.ge offers the best delivery service throughout Georgia. We provide delivery both through Onway’s fast courier service, and we also deliver to central cities and regions ourselves. Delivery in Tbilisi is made within 2-4 business days after placing the order, and delivery in Batumi is made on the same or next day after placing the order.
In the regions, the delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on the location.

Rpm.ge undertakes to deliver to the address specified in the order. The product can be delivered to any person who is at the specified address. The product is delivered to the address based on the unique order code, therefore the recipient of the product is obliged to present the unique order code and an identity document to an authorized person at Rpm.ge. The courier will contact you in advance and agree on the details.

In the event of product delivery, an authorized person of Rpm.ge will present the warranty card of Techno Mall LLC (hereinafter referred to as Rpm.ge) (if any) and the acceptance and delivery act, which must be confirmed by signature by the recipient. The recipient is obliged to visually inspect the product before signing the acceptance certificate. From the moment the acceptance certificate is signed, the product is considered delivered and no claims from the customer will be accepted.

In the event that the product is not delivered directly by the user, the user is obliged to explain to the recipient that providing an identity document to an authorized representative of Rpm.ge, as well as signing the acceptance and delivery act, is a necessary condition for receiving the product.

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect and/or the customer cannot be contacted, the purchased item will be returned to Rpm.ge and the product will not be shipped again.

Delivery to Tbilisi

  • We will deliver the products to any point in the capital;
  • Delivery time is 2-4 business days;

Delivery to Batumi

  • We will deliver the product to any location in Batumi.
  • Delivery time is 1-2 business days;

Delivery to regions

  • We will deliver the products to you anywhere in Georgia;
  • Delivery time is 2-5 working days;

General terms of delivery

  • Orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered the following day.
    On a working day;
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday and on weekends (at any time of day) will begin shipping on Monday;
